Shipping policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another email with your tracking number once it ships.

Delivery time Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer because of carrier delays, customs processing or public holidays.

Shipping costs Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking Every order includes a tracking number. Tracking can take 2–4 business days to show updates after it is issued. If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, please contact us.

Multiple packages If you order several items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra for this.

Customs, duties and taxes Some countries may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These charges are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to correct it before it ships. We cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or delayed orders If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
