Refund policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee If you are not happy with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving it. This applies to all products, including discounted items.

Damaged, defective or wrong items If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You do not need to return the item.

Change-of-mind returns

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, ear plugs and sleep masks can only be returned if they are unopened and unused.

Contact us before sending anything back — we will give you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Refunds Once we receive and check your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5–10 business days. Your bank or PayPal may take a few additional days to show the refund.

Cancellations You can cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not shipped yet.

Exchanges The fastest way to get a different item is to request a return and place a new order.
